Inti Sisa Guesthouse in Guamote is a unique and welcoming destination in the heart of Ecuador. Our guesthouse is more than just a comfortable place to stay - it's a hub of community development and support.
Founded in 2004, we opened our doors to visitors from all over the world with the mission of supporting the self-sustainability of community projects run by the Inti Sisa Foundation. Our team is a mix of local residents and two Belgians, Eva and Tom, who have made Guamote their home.
At Inti Sisa Guesthouse, you'll enjoy a homely and inviting atmosphere, where you can relax and recharge during your travels. Our kitchen staff is skilled in creating delicious meals with local ingredients.
We offer a variety of activities, from community tours to hiking trips, to help you explore the beauty of Ecuador and immerse yourself in the local culture.
But Inti Sisa Guesthouse is more than just a place to stay - it's a way to give back to the community. All of our profits go towards supporting the Inti Sisa Foundation's programs, which aim to improve the lives of local residents through education, health care, and sustainable development.

At Inti Sisa Guesthouse, you can enjoy cozy rooms furnished with comfortable beds, private bathrooms, and round-the-clock hot water, along with complimentary Wi-Fi. Despite its location in a traditional indigenous village, this guesthouse provides all the modern amenities one would expect. Guests can also gather in the communal areas, which feature fireplaces, magazines, and a selection of beverages from the fridge, including beer, wine, and soft drinks, along with complimentary tea and coffee. As a special treat, a four-course dinner is served to guests each evening.

Dinner: includes welcome drink, appetizer, soup, main course, dessert, tea/coffee and purified water.
Box lunch: includes two sandwiches, a salad, a piece of fruit, a biscuit, water and juice.
