Agricultural School

Inti Sisa works with the enthusiastic team of students and teachers of the agricultural school in the indigenous community of Tiocajas. Thanks to donations, we have been able to build a new greenhouse and install an irrigation system and a computer workshop. Together with these driven students, we are exploring exciting topics such as sustainable entrepreneurship, recycling, artesanate production and agrotourism. One of our talented students has dedicated herself to producing delicious cheese and yoghurt, which she proudly sells to the Inti Sisa hotel. Moreover, the agricultural school forms an integral part of our community tour, where tourists get a chance to explore the school. In doing so, they are accompanied by fourth-grade students, who teach them all about medicinal plants and traditional agricultural practices. Proceeds from these initiatives are used to expand our entrepreneurship projects. This collaboration serves as a shining example of educational innovation and community development.

Inti Sisa teaches this program to the 68 primary school children of the Santa Teresita community.
